Staying VWL and want to explore FW on our day off. Thought it would be fun to rent a golf cart and cruise around. Can we do this when we go? Or should we call to reserve one ahead of time? I don't know how many they have or how fast they get spoken for

    Hi Christine,

What a great idea, to go explore Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground on a day that you have free at Walt Disney World.  There is so much to do there!

I would recommend that if you would like to have a golf cart, that you reserve one ahead of time.  Although they are available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis if there are golf carts available, at peaks travel times they may all be rented.  Rentals can be made up to one year ahead of time, and are available for pickup at the front desk of Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground.  Additional information about golf cart rental at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground is available online.  To reserve a golf cart, you can call 407-824-2742.

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Christine!  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
