We will be staying at a 2 br villa in Old Key West in August. Can we easily move the sleeping chair into a bedroom for our 5 year old to use? This way, the adults can enjoy later evenings in the kitchen and living area. Thank you!

    Hi Heather,

I love Disney's Old Key West Resort.  The laid-back ambiance is so pleasant!

I have myself moved the sleeping chair in a one-bedroom villa at Disney's Old Key West from the living room to the bedroom for exactly the reason that you mention - so that we could have our daughter go to bed in the bedroom and my husband and I could still enjoy the kitchen and living room areas at night!  I called and checked with a cast member who said that moving this chair was fine as long as you move it yourself.  I'm not sure that I would say it was an easy move - it took both my husband and myself to do so, and of course we moved it very carefully so as not to damage anything.  There are some twists and turns that require some negotiation, but it was possible.  We also of course put the chair back at the end of our stay.

Enjoy your time at Disney's Old Key West Resort, Heather!  Please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
