We are staying in two preferred rooms at the All-Star Movie. We would like to be in the Toy Story building. How do we request this and what are the best rooms that are available. We want to be as close to the lobby, restaurant, pool, etc. for the kids.

    Hi Mary!
The best thing to do is to make your request directly to the Cast Member handling your check-in. I have always received whatever I have requested by simply asking politely. If the Cast Member is able to accomodate your request, you can rest assured that they will do everything that they can to make it happen. Thus, I would make any and all appeals in person.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical vacation!! :)
