Hi Natalie!
Welcome to planDisney! How wonderful that you get to experience two Disney Resort hotels during your visit to Walt Disney World! You’ll be visiting during the holiday season, so you’ll need to keep your eyes open for any seasonal offerings available, it may be décor or even some special snacks and treats!
Natalie, you can add your first Disney Resort hotel reservation to your My Disney Experience account through the Walt Disney World website or on the My Disney Experience mobile app. To add the reservation on a web browser, visit the
Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over “My Disney Experience” in the upper right under the search bar, and click “My Plans.” If you haven’t already, you’ll be asked to log in to your My Disney Experience account.
Next, scroll down to “My Plans, Reservations and Tickets.” Click “+ Add More Plans” and a drop-down menu will appear with the option to “Link Reservations and Purchases.” Select “Resort Reservation or Vacation Package” and enter the Confirmation Number and last name as on the reservation.
To complete this process on your
My Disney Experience mobile app, click on the three horizontal bars in the bottom right of the app and scroll down to find “Link to Account.” To link your reservation, select “Type ID” at the top of the screen, and under “Resort Reservation” you can add the Confirmation Number and last name on the reservation.
If you have any issues completing this process, I recommend calling the number listed under “
Disney Resort Hotel Reservations” for assistance from a Cast Member.
Will you be attending any holiday special events during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Natalie? Tickets for
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and
Disney Jollywood Nights are on sale now for guests who have reservations at select Disney Resort hotels and go on sale to all guests on July 6, 2023. You can visit
Disney Parks Blog as the holiday season gets closer to learn more about the offerings at each event, but keep in mind, tickets are limited and may sell out.
I hope you have a very merry visit to Walt Disney World Resort, Natalie. If you have any future planning questions, please
visit me again at planDisney!
Stay magical,
Kaitlin
