Hey Chris,
It's always nice talking Disney with you. I'm sorry to hear about your daughter's injury. The good news is that your daughter's injury will in no way prevent her from experiencing the magic of Walt Disney World Resort. In fact, perhaps a visit to Cinderella's Wishing Well in Magic Kingdom Park will speed up the healing process. You'll find this hidden gem on the path that leads from the back right side of Cinderella Castle to the
Cheshire Café.
There are
many options to choose from when it comes to planning aquatic adventures at
Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa. The bad news is that the Congress Park leisure pool and Treehouse Villa pools are closed for refurbishment through mid-December. The good news is that the High Rock Spring Pool, Grandstand Pool, and The Paddock Pool remain open. You can access these pools via the walking path that leads from the Treehouse Villas to the Grandstand area of the main resort (closest to the Grandstand Pool) or via the Treehouse Villa shuttle that drops you at The Springs bus stop (closest to the High Rock Spring Pool). The Paddock Pool is a short walk from The Springs bus stop, or you can hop on any theme park bus at The Grandstand bus stop and take it two stops to The Paddock.
My family did some pool-hopping during our stay at Saratoga Springs last October. The slide at The Paddock Pool was my kids' favorite pool attraction and the afternoon pool games at the High Rock Spring Pool were big fun for the whole family, non-swimmers included. All three of your pool options offer splash pads that are highly entertaining for Guests 48 inches and under.
I'm super excited about your upcoming stay at a Treehouse Villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa, Chris. After a busy day in the parks, your family will love the serene respite a Treehouse Villa provides. If you have any other questions about your upcoming vacation,
you know where to find me.
Choose magic,
Jennifer
