We are going to be staying at the Swan and I was wondering if I brought my refillable Disney cup could I walk over to boardwalk to get coffee in the morning?

Welcome to planDisney, Stephanie! Thanks for sharing your question with us!

I’m always happy to help with questions about dining and food at Walt Disney World. There are so many delicious options across the whole resort that everyone in your party is sure to find what they need. Let’s dig in!

As you allude to in your question, the Swan and Dolphin Hotels do not carry the popular resort refillable mug available at Walt Disney World Resort Hotels, but you can purchase one at a participating resort. These mugs can then be used to get refills it at self-service beverage stations at any Disney Resort hotel quick-service dining location. Since you’re staying at the Swan Hotel, you could easily take a morning stroll to the BoardWalk Inn, Yacht Club, or Beach Club to get your morning coffee, or get a caffeine recharge at another resort later in the day.

If you’re thinking about bringing a refillable mug from a past trip, then I’m sorry to share that you’ll need a new plan to get your morning brew. The ability to use your refillable mug expires at midnight on your package reservation checkout date, or it deactivates at 14 days (whichever comes first).

If you do decide to purchase a new refillable mug, then your nearest quick-service beverage stations will be the following:

    - BoardWalk Deli
    - The Market at Ale & Compass
    - Beach Club Marketplace

I hope this info helps, Stephanie, and that you’re able to be adequately caffeinated for your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. Come right back to planDisney if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!

    Magical travels!
