    Staying at Swan & traveling with a conference attendee who isn't getting park passes - What's our best bet for a non-character dinner (that's still kid-friendly) that's located relatively near the hotel? Looking for table service that isn't too $$

    My first recommendation is to hit the all you care to eat buffet at Cape May Cafe at Disney's Beach Club Resort, which is within walking distance of the Swan. Don't let the webpage throw you - breakfast is a character meal but dinner is character-free. It's a very kid-friendly atmosphere with plenty of goodies for the kids at heart too. Prices are reasonable for dinner compared to other options in the area.

    Garden Grove at the Swan would be another stellar option. It has a very nice evening ambiance that maintains kid friendliness. It also offers a much shorter walk, and the price is similar to Cape May Cafe.
