Hi Kristine! Welcome to planDisney.
Oh Boy! You are less than a week away from your arrival at
Walt Disney World Resort during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. While in the parks, look for the golden
Disney Fab 50 Character Collection statues. They make fun and unique photo backgrounds to share with family and friends. For your trip, you can interact with your favorite character statues with the purchase and activation of the new
MagicBand+ available beginning July 27th. If you want to learn more about the new MagicBand+, check out this
Disney Parks Blog article.
I so love the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. The property is gorgeous and within walking distance of
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and the
Disney Skyliner. Protip: I consider the Disney Skyliner an additional attraction. Feel free to board a gondola for a relaxing flight in the middle of the day or time your ride in conjunction with
Harmonious for an aerial view of the fireworks at night. This property is also home to one of my favorite Disney Resort Collection hotel restaurants,
Il Mulino. I highly recommend the
Rigatoni con Funghi.
I have great news for you! You can stop by the
Disney Planning Center before you even head to the parks to pick up your theme park tickets. Friendly reminder, to visit the theme parks, you must have both a valid theme park ticket and
Disney Park Pass Reservation. You can link your tickets to the
My Disney Experience Mobile App with your confirmation number. Open the app, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, select "Tickets and Passes," tap the "+" sign, choose "Link Tickets & Passes," and follow the prompts. If you have not reserved your theme parks, it is time to secure your choices! Here is the
availability calendar.
Alternatively, you can always use your
Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass to enter or any active MagicBands or cards from previous trips. Furthermore, you can stop by any ticket booth located outside of the theme parks with proof of purchase, photo ID, and original form of payment for your complimentary ticket cards.
Keeping it Magical,
Cindy
