We're staying at Swan. We are going to Magic Kingdom. We will bus in the morning. We want to try the monorail. Its possible to take the monorail from MK to Epcot and then walk/or take the ferry back to the hotel? We don't have ticket to Epcot.

    Hello, Nhung!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We are delighted to answer your question regarding your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

First of all, you are going to LOVE staying at the The Walt Disney World Swan Hotel! This beautiful hotel is centrally located in the heart of Disney's BoardWalk AND within walking distance (or by boat) to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios!

I wanted to let you know that the Resort Monorail will transport you from Magic Kingdom to the Epcot front gate area; however, it is not possible to walk or take a boat from the Epcot front gate to the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel. The only way to get back to the hotel would be to have an Epcot Theme Park Ticket, walk to World Showcase, and exit through the International Gateway located between the England and France Pavilions. You can still ride the Monorail to Epcot for the experience! Just know you will need to catch a bus from Epcot back to your hotel.

If you have other questions, please let us know!

    Have a MAGICAL day!
