    We are staying at the Swan hotel this December and I was wondering if we can ship a box to that resort ahead of time? We've stayed on property and shipped a box before but this is our first stay at a resort not owned by Disney. Thanks!

    Hi Teresa,

    Thank you for your question.  The Walt Disney World Swan hotel is spectacular.

    You can ship a package to the resort prior to your arrival.
    It would be best if you call the hotel and ask if there are any specifics need to be labeled on the package for them to accept it and hold it for you.

    Here is the shipping address 1200 Epcot Resorts Blvd., Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830 - the package will need to have the registered guests name on it.
