We are staying at the Swan first week in Oct. We were thinking HS when we arrive and Fantasmic that night. We were planning MK for the next full day, followed by AK and Epcot. THe last day we will go back to MK. Where should we eat? We have 4&9 year

    Hi, Farrah!

I am a huge fan of the Swan Resort!  You just cannot beat the location and the pool area is amazing.  Remember though:  even though the Swan (and sister resort Dolphin) are located on Disney property, they are not Disney resorts so you will not have access to Magical Express and will need to arrange your own airport transportation.

But back to your question...where to eat!   On your arrival day, you are heading to Hollywood Studios.  For a quick bite, head to Pizza Planet your little ones will love the pizza and fun arcade.  If a table service meal is more of what you had in mind, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater is super fun for the kids as you eat "under the stars" in a convertible while movie clips flash on the screen.

Other dining suggestions:  Magic Kingdom:  Crystal Palace buffet with Pooh and Friends for lunch, Quick Service dinner at Cosmic Rays.   Animal Kingdom:  Quick Service Pizzafari for lunch, followed by Garden Grill (family style character dining) in Epcot for dinner.   Back at Magic Kingdom:  Columbia Harbor House for lunch with a nice sit down Italian dinner at Tony's Town Square Restaurant.

I really like the Picabu restaurant in the Dolphin for breakfast each day.  Food is served cafeteria-style so everyone gets just what they want from cold cereal to made-to-order omelets.    Food is fast and very good.

I hope this is a start.  Make sure to check menus and make your dining reservations when you hit your 180 booking window.  Let me know if you need more dining information, I am happy to help!
