We're staying at the Swan Dolphin hotel. We bought our WDW tickets linking them to us. How do I get the tickets since they will be on a card that isn't connected to our hotel room?

    Hi Rochelle,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! I recently stayed at the Walt Disney World Swan hotel and I absolutely loved how easy it was to get to both Epcot and Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It really is in a great location!

Based on my experience, if you’ve purchased your Theme Park Tickets separately, you’ll need to visit a Ticket Window or Guest Relations at any Theme Park or Disney Springs in order to pick up your Admission Cards. Because they are separate from your hotel stay, you shouldn’t have any problems with picking them up, even if they’re associated with a different credit card.

Don’t forget to make sure that you have the card that you used to pay for your tickets with you, along with the confirmation number for your purchase in order to avoid any delays or other snags. If you no longer have the credit card that was used to purchase your tickets, please have some photo identification on hand.

Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
