Hi Emily,
Thanks for putting your faith and trust in planDisney - we provide the pixie dust! I checked out of the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel this morning, so please allow me a moment of reflection. It was my first time staying at this EPCOT resort area hotel and I was extremely impressed by the experience. Every person I encountered, from the front desk staff to the wait staff at
Garden Grove, was incredibly kind and hospitable. The service at Java each morning was efficient as were the boat rides to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. The rooms were bright, the beds were comfy, and the shower was luxurious with its rain shower head and plentiful shower gel/shampoo/conditioner dispensers.
Now onto the topic at hand. While checking in at the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, Emily, I noticed a sign advertising
Camp Dolphin. I love that this service provides those traveling with kids time for an adults-only experience around the EPCOT resort area. I'm happy to report that Guests of the Walt Disney World Swan
can make reservations for Camp Dolphin, as well as Guests of the Walt Disney World Dolphin and Walt Disney World Swan Reserve. Reservations for Camp Dolphin are required and can be made online. Dates through the end of November are currently available for selection and there are three different time slots to choose from: Early Evening (4-6 p.m.), Evening (6-8 p.m.), and All Inclusive (4-11 p.m.)
While kids ages 5 - 12 dance, play games, do crafts, and more at Camp Dolphin, parents can have dinner at
Yachtsman Steakhouse, sing along at
Jellyrolls piano bar, or walk and talk around Crescent Lake with a beverage from
BoardWalk Joe's Marvelous Margaritas. The adults-only opportunities in the ECPOT resort area are truly endless.
Walt Disney World Swan Guests are not eligible for the
Disney Dining Plans that are return after January 9, 2024, Emily, though they are eligible for many other perks such as
Early Theme Park Entry,
Extended Evening Theme Park Hours, and the ability to purchase
Individual Lighting Lanes at 7:00 a.m. the morning of each park day. My favorite perk is the ability to make advance reservations for dining 60 days before check-in for your entire length of stay. Dining reservations can be made
online and a new day of reservations opens at 6:00 a.m. Your Swan reservation must be
linked to your My Disney Experience account in order to take advantage of all the aforementioned perks.
I hope this answer feels like a dose of pixie dust, Emily. When you're ready for a refill, you know
where to find us!
Choose magic,
Jennifer
