hi were staying at All Stars Sports Resort next month. we were wondering is there any continental breakfast at the resorts during certain hours or should we go ahead and try to fit breakfast into our schedules as well :)

Hi Ricardo, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Step up to the plate while we chat about breakfast at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort.

Before you tackle a fun-filled day at Walt Disney World, you'll want to fuel up with a good breakfast. Fortunately, the End Zone Food Court is just the ticket. If you have time for a full plate of good eats, the breakfast menu includes things like bacon and eggs, omelets, pancakes, Mickey waffles and other hearty breakfast fare. If you're on the run and looking for something quick, you can hit the bakery case for treats like bagels, croissants, muffins and cinnamon rolls.

If you really want to save some time, you can visit the food court the night before and pick up milk, cereal and other breakfast staples and stash them in your room refrigerator for a quick meal while you're getting ready to head out the door.

I hope this helps you get a great start to your Disney days, Ricardo. Be sure to stop by and see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
