From what I have seen, the Cape May Cafe looks like an amazing place to eat! You were wise to make advanced dining reservations so early. Yes the transportation will be running that early - Disney buses begin running two hours before the parks open (so they will be running by 7am). Catch your bus from your resort (in front of Stadium Hall) and go to any theme park (Epcot is closest to the Beach Club). At the theme park, transfer onto a bus going to the Beach Club. Disney dining recommends that you leave yourself AT LEAST 45-60 minutes to get where you are going, so I would strongly recommend that you are at your resort bus stop by 7am in order to make it in time.
