We are staying at the All Star Sports resort in early June. We are planning on bringing some food to help keep cost down. I was wondering we could rent a toaster and microwave? Or is there one available to use?? Thank you!

Hello Angela. Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

I always like to bring snacks and drinks to Walt Disney World with me. It can save time in the mornings having a quick bowl of cereal while getting ready and it absolutely saves some money having some cans of soda or juice boxes on hand. I think you'll be happy to know that you can find both a toaster and microwaves for you to use at the End Zone Food Court at Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. You'll be able to use both of these appliances at no charge to you. The food court is open daily from 6:30 am until about midnight each day.

Also, I think you might like to know since you are visiting in June that you are able to get free ice water all around Walt Disney World. If you're planning on taking some drinks into the Theme Parks, leave the bottled water out of your bag! Just go to any Counter Service Dining Location and ask for one. You can do this as much as you'd like and you'll need to keep hydrated in the warm Florida sun. My favorite place to get ice water is from the Starbucks locations around Walt Disney World. They normally have water set up on the back bar where the sugar and cream are found. You don't even have to wait in line for water there, just pour yourself some in the cups provided.

I hope this helps Angela! If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.  Enjoy your trip!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
