I am staying at All Star Sports resort. We should arrive at our hotel around 11, but we cannot check in until 3. Will the hotel take and hold onto our luggage so we can make it to a reservation elsewhere at 1:30?

Hi Lisa and welcome to planDisney!

How exciting that your Walt Disney World vacation is coming up so soon!  I'm sure you're in the final stages of ironing out all of the details and packing for your trip next week.

I love that you're making the most out of your time at Walt Disney World by hitting the ground running when you arrive.  You have picked a fantastic place to stay with Disney's All-Star Sports Resort.  I love all of the larger-than-life sports icons and the fun characters you'll find around the Resort.  If you arrive before your room is ready, you can store your luggage with Bell Services and they will hold your belongings until you need them.  If you do Resort hotel online check-in prior to your arrival, there is no need to stop at the front desk to check-in and you will receive a text and/or in-app notification from the My Disney Experience Mobile App with your room number, so when you're back at the hotel you can go straight to your room.  You can call Bell Services from your room to have them deliver your luggage when you are ready.  Feel free to make a dining reservation for lunch, head to a park if you have tickets for the day or head over to Disney Springs for some shopping when you arrive.

Please stop back by and visit if you have any additional vacation planning questions.

    Have a magical day!
    Leslie
