    Hi, we are going to be staying at all star sports March 1-6 and I was wondering if there is any way I could have costumes shipped to the resort and sent to our room before we arrive so the kids could be surprised when we check in. Thanks in advance!

    Hello Brooke!

    Congratulations on your upcoming stay at Walt Disney World resort!  It is possible to have items sent to your resort and guests do so quite frequently.  It is a great way to send extra items that cannot go on airplanes or stuff that takes up too much room in your vehicle.  In order to ship items to your resort you will need to put in the  c/o line your name and reservation number.  I also take a big red sharpie to write "GUEST" and my reservation number on the package itself, so that way it will not be sent to the wrong area accidentally.  Your package will be available for you to pick up once you check in or you can have the package brought to your room by bell services.  However, they will not be able to have these items waiting for you in your resort room.  Since most rooms will not be assigned until your day of arrival, it would be impossible for them to have this waiting in your room. 
    If you are looking for a way to surprise you children during your vacation, take a look at Disney Floral.They have a range of products that can be left in your room as a surprise for your children.  Here again, they will not be able to leave anything in your room on arrival until your room number is known.  I hope this helps and please let us know if we can answer anymore questions!
