Hey, Mickey!
Welcome back and I am so glad to be able to help you. You've hit a home run by making your reservation at
Disney's All-Star Sports Resort. The theming is fantastic and the price is a knock-out.
Traveling within Walt Disney World Resort is easy with
Disney's complimentary transportation system of buses, ferries and of course, the highway in the sky, The Walt Disney World Monorail Service. Disney recommends you allow 90 minutes of travel time when using their transportation. While it has never taken me this long to travel anywhere with Mickey and the gang, things come up and it's better to be safe than sorry. You will find more bus service from your hotel to the theme parks (increased frequency of buses) during peak times such as early morning and early evening.
Here are the travel times, provided, like Nutsy, the vulture guard of Nottingham Castle says, "all's well.” Please note this does not include wait time for the bus.
Time from Disney's All-Star Sports Resort:
30 minutes to Magic Kingdom Park
30 minutes to Epcot
20 minutes to Disney's Hollywood Studios
30 minutes to Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park
30 minutes to Disney Springs
25 minutes to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
30 minutes to Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park
10 minutes to ESPN Wide World of Sports
Disney Dad Tip: If you need to get somewhere fast you may always call Uber or a taxi. Most trips will run about $15.00 one way. Prices could be different when you are traveling.
Mickey, enjoy making many Magical Memories!
