Staying at all star sports in June for 15 nights. Refrigerator would cost me 150+tx. Would I be able to purchase a 75.00 refrig at home depot and have it sent to the resort via ups straight from the store. I would rather do that and pass it on to someone?

    Hi Theresa!

I know of several guests who have brought a refrigerator with them for their stay at Walt Disney World.  Those particular guests drove down and didn't have to ship it.  However, you shouldn't have any problems having one shipped for your use.  Bell Services will store any packages for you until you arrive.  You just need to provide plenty of information for the resort so they know who any packages belong to.  Information you will want to include:

    Your Name
c/o Disney's All Stars Sports Resort
"Hold for guest arrival on (date), Reservation #xxxxxxx"
    11071 W. Buena Vista Drive
    Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830

You might also visit the Disney fan boards at the independent website DISboard.com.  Usually there's information on a refrigerator swap.  Basically, a refrigerator gets handed down from one guest to another and the arrangements are made on one of the boards on the site.  Try using Google with "DIS boards refrigerator swap" to get to the right thread!

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
