Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are staying at All Star Sports. Going to get a fridge for snacks. What is the closest grocery/retail store? We will have our van so can drive. 14 days and counting!!!

    Only two weeks until your magical vacation begins!

    Picking up a few snacks and drinks to keep in the room can save you some money and reduce time spent dealing with cross and hungry children. The closest grocery store is Goodings located near Downtown Disney at the end of Hotel Plaza Boulevard in the Crossroads Shopping Center. This grocery is close but expensive. There is also a near by Winn-Dixie at 11957 S. Apopka/Vineland Road and a Publix at 8145 Vineland Avenue about four miles away.

    Garden Grocer in Orlando will deliver to Walt Disney World resorts if you meet the forty dollar minimum. You may order ahead online.

    Sport Goofy's Gifts and Sundries at your resort will have some basics such as milk, cereal and snacks. The End Zone Food Court also has prepackaged cheese, fruit, and other goodies you could stock your refrigerator with.
