We will be staying at All Star Music for a week in March. We will probably arrive before check-in time. Is there any way that we will be able to request an early check-in? Will there be a fee? Also, can we request our suite be adjacent to family?

    Hi Laurryn,

Thanks for stopping by today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. A vacation in March sounds like an awesome idea. Just in time to enjoy the 2019 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival.

Check-In hours for most Resort Hotels, including Disney's All-Star Music Resort is 3:00 p.m. But you can start your Online Check-In as early as 60 days before arrival, and advice the Resort hotel of your approximate arrival time. You will then get a text notification when your room is ready. In addition, you should contact a vacation planning expert at (407) 939-1936 or your travel agent, so they can link all your family's reservations, and place a request to have adjoining rooms. Every effort will be made to accommodate your requests, but there is no guarantee. In any case, you can start taking advantage of all your Resort Hotel benefits as early as 6:00 a.m.

One last tip: be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app, which will help you with your Online Check-In as well as notify you quickly of your room number. And you will be able to open your door right from the app. See you real soon!
