I will be staying at the all Star Music Resort and in a mobility scooter and I know it says there is a lift but just wondered if this is to all floors not sure what room I am in booked by a friend.

    Hello Mary Ann!
Wow, it is so exciting that you will be staying at Disney's All-Star Music Resort on your next Walt Disney World vacation! I have stayed at Disney's All-Star Music Resort a couple of times on my Walt Disney World vacations and I really enjoyed staying there. I have great news for you. Every building at Disney's All-Star Music Resort has elevators (lifts) that go to all floors and can accommodate a mobility scooter (ECV). The elevators are typically located in the center of each building typically behind the center icons (at Disney's All-Star Music Resort it will be huge musical instrument statues). I hope that your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
