We are staying at the All Star Music Resort. Will we be able to take a bus to Epcot for a 8:05 breakfast reservation at Akershus Hall? How long will it take to get there and do the buses run that early? Thank you.

    Hi JoAnn,

I have two boys, but was able to "borrow" my niece this past August and enjoy a wonderful character meal with the Princesses at Akershus!  My boys won't admit it, but they had a great time and a number of lipstick marks on their cheeks to prove it!  Your family will love it!

You can absolutely take Disney transportation from All Star Music to Epcot to make it to your breakfast in time.  While the buses don't officially start running until a bit over an hour before the parks open, Disney runs special "character breakfast" routes to ensure that guests with early advanced dining reservations make it to their destinations.  The best thing to do is inform the concierge at your resort when and where your reservation is, and s/he will let you know where and when to catch a bus to Epcot.  These buses are not listed on any schedule or map, so checking in at your resort is your best bet.  Once you catch the bus, the ride over to Epcot is about 15-20 minutes.  You'll need to allow some time to make your way to the World Showcase and the Norway pavillion as well.  I would aim to be on a bus about forty-five minutes to an hour before your reservation to be safe.

    Have a wonderful breakfast!
