We are staying at All Star Music, are the pools heated?

    Hi Christy,

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  This question is close to my heart, being the princess that I am, I only enjoy swimming if the water is really, really warm.

You don't need to worry, all pools on Walt Disney World Resort property are, in fact heated to a beautiful 82 degrees.  While the water temperature is lovely, I do caution that when you are swimming in the winter months, the water won't be the problem, it will be the chilly air when you get out of the water that can make it seem like Elsa has been in control of the weather.  What I would recommend is to make sure you bring some layers to put on in order to walk back to your Resort Hotel Room if you are swimming when the temperature is a bit chilly.  I will even make my daughter go and change out of her bathing suit in the washroom prior to walking back, so that she isn't as blue as Sadness by the time we get back to our Resort Room.

I hope that helps, Christy.  Have a wonderful time at Disney's All-Star Music Resort and enjoy the pool!  Please let us know if you have any other questions, we are always happy to help.
