We will be staying at the All star music Dec 28th-Jan 6th we will need an EVC. I saw that we can rent from an outside vendor. My question is how does that work at the resort? Where will we keep it, In the room, or special Parking?

    Hiya Eletha!

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Electronic Conveyance Vehicle (ECV) rentals are a great way to tour the parks with comfort and convenience for guests that otherwise might have difficulties doing so.

If you rent from an outside vendor, and there are many listed on the ECV Disney Featured Providers List, your ECV will be delivered to your resort.  Bell Services will hold the ECV for you and you pick it up at the Bell Services stand once it arrives.  If you have specific questions, absolutely reach out to the providers for additional information.  Once your vacation is over, you'll drop your ECV with Bell Services and the provider will pick it up on your departure day.  Many times, Guests charge their ECVs outside their rooms or just inside.

Using a Disney Featured Provider means that you'll get that extra touch of magic with your service, meaning your ECV  drop off and pick up at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel will be complementary, and if you should have trouble during your visit, these providers can provide you a replacement in park.  Do make sure that you reserve early, as there can be quite a demand for ECVs, so do make sure to plan ahead.

    Have a magical vacation!
