Family on dock at Yacht and Beach

    We are staying at All Star music but have a breakfast at Cape May one morning. What is the best way to get there? We will have a car, so is driving and parking at the Beach club an option?

    Thank you so much for coming to planDisney with your question. Sounds like you have some great activities planned for your vacation! A stay at Disney's All-Star Music Resort is bound to be wonderful. The larger-than-life musical icons and guitar-shaped pool inspire fun and music!

    My family also enjoys a breakfast at Cape May Cafe. The food is delicious, and you get to see Minnie Mouse and her friends in their beach attire. We have a positively adorable photo of my daughter when she was a baby at Cape May Cafe. She was sitting in her high chair and reaching for Goofy's nose as he came to greet her in his beach shirt. It is such a wonderful memory!

    Cape May Cafe is located at Disney's Beach Club Resort. Since you have a car, I do recommend that you drive to this location. You will be able to tell the cast member at the front of the parking lot at Disney's Beach Club Resort that you are there for a dining reservation. They may confirm the reservation, but you will be allowed to park at Disney's Beach Club Resort while you are dining. I think that driving your car is likely the quickest and most direct route for you to get to this dining reservation. Please do note that you will be issued a parking pass for a couple of hours for the dining reservation, so you will not be able to leave your car parked at Disney's Beach Club Resort all day long. If you were heading to a theme park, you would need to drive to that theme park and park there, or take your car back to Disney's All-Star Music Resort and take Disney transportation from there.

    If you were wanting to walk to EPCOT or Disney's Hollywood Studios following your breakfast at Cape May Cafe, another option for you to get to your reservation would be to use Minnie Van Service. Using the Lyft app, you can request a Minnie Van that would take you from Disney's All-Star Music Resort directly to Disney's Beach Club Resort for your breakfast. After breakfast, you could head anywhere that you want to using Disney transportation. Please note that Minnie Van Service requires a fee.
