We are staying at the All Star Music April 8- 12 with a boy 7, girl 4. A few ?'s: Is the pool warm enough to swim in? We are doing the QS dining: any recommendations? Doing 3 parks- MK, AK, HS Are there coffee makers/fridges in the rooms? Thank

    Hi Jennifer!

All Disney pools are heated so swimming is no problem and more great news, not only are those fabulous pools heated all rooms at Disney resorts now have refrigerators at no extra charge.  While there are no coffee makers in All Star rooms, there is coffee available at the Intermission Food Court.

Columbia Harbor House in Magic Kingdom is a great option, offering some different choices than the standard hamburger and the quiet seating upstairs with some wonderful views makes this a great choice.  Be Our Guest is also a Quick Service restaurant during lunch time and the food is amazing. This a great way to experience Disney's newest restaurant without breaking the bank, although you might need to line up early in order to get a seat.

Over at Hollywood Studios, my top recommendations is Backlot Express and with all the extra movie props around it really feels like you are taking a break from filming.  The cheeseburgers are nice and filling, but my favorite is the grilled vegetable sandwich.  Starring Rolls Cafe is also very high on my list, the sandwiches here are delicious and the cupcakes should just be outlawed!  If you have some Toy Story fans with you, then Pizza Planet Arcade might be a fun stop to make.  Although I'm not as fond of the food as I am the atmosphere.

Animal Kingdom has one of my favorite Quick Service restaurants that offers lots of character and you may even actually seated in an Airstream Trailer....well half of one anyway.  Restaurantosaurus originally housed paleontology students, but is now ready to serve you items like a macaroni hot dog. Yak and Yeti offers a Quick Service as well as Table Service options and this Asian cuisine is a wonderful break from the standard fare, I highly suggest giving this one a try!  I hope that you have a wonderful trip and visit us again if you have any questions!

    Enjoy your Disney Time!
