Zoe from Nottinghamshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We are staying at All Star Movies resort from the 29th September and we have the Quick service dining plan. Please can you tell me what is included as I’m getting different information from different sources. Do credit carry to next day if not used

Hi Zoe and welcome back to planDisney.

It's only a couple of weeks until you arrive at "The Most Magical Place on Earth" - it really doesn't get much more exciting than that! Before you know it, you'll be driving through those magical gates at the entrance to Walt Disney World, ready to soak up some Florida sunshine and Disney magic, of course.

There can be some confusion around what Dining Package/Dining Plan is included for UK Guests staying at a Value Resort as part of their Hotel + Ticket Package.

The answer to your question really depends on a couple of different things such as when you booked your Hotel + Ticket Package, if you took advantage of a Deal when booking and if you paid to upgrade to or, to add the Quick-Service Dining Plan, at the time of booking.

Let me try to explain the different scenarios below:-

If you booked the Free Dining and Drinks offer for travel in 2025 which was available to book, here in the UK, from 18 April - 7 November 2024 and selected to stay at a Value Resort Hotel (including All-Star Movies Resort), you would receive 1 x Free Quick-Service Meal (including 1 x free Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal) per person, per night of your stay.

This is different to the Quick-Service Dining Plan which includes 2 x Quick-Service Meals, 1 x Non-Alcoholic/Alcoholic Drink per Meal, 1 x selected Snack or Drink per person, for each night of your stay plus, a Resort-Refillable Mug.

It might be the case that you did take advantage of the Free Dining and Drinks offer for travel in 2025 and upgrading from the Free Quick-Service Meal to the Quick-Service Dining Plan at the time of booking, paying the difference in price.

It could also be that you did not book when the Free Dining and Drinks offer for travel in 2025 was available but, decided to add the Quick-Service Dining Plan, at the time of booking.

As it is not possible for me to access your booking, Zoe, the only way that you will know for sure exactly what is included, is to contact the Company who you made your booking with. Their contact details should be located on your booking confirmation.

No matter which Dining Package/Dining Plan you have, meals and snacks (if applicable) can be redeemed at any time during your stay. Unused meals and snacks will roll over day to day and expire at midnight on the reservation checkout date. So, for example, you could use 2 Quick-Service meal entitlements on one day and then none the next.

Top Tip - Be sure to take advantage of Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering when redeeming your Quick-Service meals, during your stay. This is so super easy to use and means you can spend less time waiting in line for food during your visit - what's not to like?

I'm sorry that I couldn't give you a concrete answer on this occasion but, please feel free to re-visit us, here at planDisney, if we can be of any further help with the planning of your September trip.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
