we are staying at all star movies resort and have a reservation at Cinderella's royal table for breakfast at 8:15. Will buses get us there in time or should we drive to the ticket and transportation center ourselves? If we drive, is it $ to park?

    Hi Janelle,

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your great question about transportation between your Disney Resort hotel and Magic Kingdom for your very special breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table.  There is nothing more royal than dining in one of the most iconic castles in the world.

Since you are staying at Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, you will be utilizing the Walt Disney Bus Service to transport you to the Magic Kingdom.  Buses will begin transporting Guests approximately 45 minutes prior to the theme park opening.  This should give you plenty of time to arrive at the Magic Kingdom if you are on one of the first buses from your Disney Resort hotel.  My suggestion is to arrive at your Resort's designated bus stop approximately 15-20 minutes before the first bus is expected in order to be at the front of the line.  I have had early breakfast reservations in the theme parks many times in the past and have never had any issues with arrival time as long as I was waiting when the first buses began transporting Guests to the theme parks.

If you decide it is more convenient to drive, you will have complimentary self-parking when staying as a Guest of a Disney Resort hotel.  This means that self-parking is complimentary at both your Disney Resort hotel and the Walt Disney World theme parks.  So, it is your personal preference if you take a Walt Disney World bus or drive yourself.

Janelle, I hope you have the most Magical vacation!  Please be sure to come back and visit us again with all of your vacation planning questions.
