Hello we are staying at the All Star Movies resort next month with my 18 month old. Our flight lands at 9 pm. We are shipping non perishable items but how do we buy milk once we arrive to for the mini fridge for a few days. Does the hotel have a store

I hope your family is hungry too, Janani! My family adores snacks and we always stay hydrated. That means a variety of snack solutions when we are on vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. My son could drink his weight in milk, and my kids both enjoy yogurts, which means I need to arrange for these favorites in the hotel room.

Each Walt Disney World Resort Hotel has a small gift shop with a wide array of products. You’ll find baby gear, OTC needs, sunscreen and bug spray, snacks and often a cooler with beverages and such. While they may not have lots of milk available, I do one of two things. I either ship myself (Amazon, typically) Horizon shelf-stable milk boxes, or I patronize Garden Grocer. The latter option is what I do most, since I can also order my husband water, shareable snacks and more from a local grocery store. It arrives at a preselected time to the bell hop desk (they send me a text when it’s ready), cooled and ready for me to take to my room. I think with a little one, this is your best option to get exactly what you need, when you need it. You won’t have to cut your fun short to head to the store.

If you have any more questions about traveling with a little one, please let me know. There are complimentary pack n plays awaiting your at your hotel, stroller rentals available and rider switch service for your family. We’ll see ya real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
