Hello there Amber, welcome back to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the river bend so let's jump in!
Magic Kingdom Park is located on
Seven Seas Lagoon which is also home to several Disney Resorts Collection Hotels. Two of my favorites, the opulent
Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa and the exotic
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort have sandy beaches on the lagoon with outstanding views of the iconic
Cinderella Castle in
Magic Kingdom Park. Great news, Amber, all Walt Disney World Resort Guests can visit the beaches at both Resorts. When visiting either Resort, I recommend using
Disney Resort Transportation due to the limited parking being reserved for Guests staying at the Resort or for those with dining reservations. Depending on where you a travelling from, you can get to both Resorts by bus, monorail, or boat. I adore exploring the resorts and enjoying the theming, views, and shops that are unique to each Resort.
Tip: if you're a fan of a frozen pineapple treat, you can order it in a cup from
Pineapple Lanai.
Amber, you're in luck! Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is home to the luxurious full-service
Grand Floridian Spa. The Spa offers a variety of massages, body therapies, facials, and much more. Spa services can be booked
here and are available from an "a la carte" menu or as part of a spa package. If you prefer to speak to a Cast Member to book spa services, you can call (407)824-3039. Be sure to have your Digital DVC Membership card on your smartphone so you can take advantage of the Member
discount. If you need help downloading your Membership card, my pal Tiffany has explained it
here.
I hope this information has been helpful, Amber. Thanks for visiting
planDisney! If you have any more planning or Disney Vacation Club questions, please don't hesitate to come back!
See ya real soon,
Candace
