I will be staying at the All Star Movies Resort and have dinner reservations for the Happily Ever After dinner at 4:55pm. How long does it take to get to the Grand Floridian? What time should I leave the All Star Movies resort in order to arrive in time?

    Hi Holly!!!

Thank you for your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!!

I would encourage you to leave Disney's All Star Movies Resort at 3:30pm.  I would take a bus to the Magic Kingdom, then hop on the Monorail to the Grand Floridian.  If you are at the bus stop by 3:30pm, you should hopefully be on a bus by 3:45pm and arriving at the Magic Kingdom by 4:15pm at the latest.

Then you are a short 10-15 Monorail ride to the Grand Floridian.  That should provide you with the recommended 10-15 minute check-in time before you actual Advance Dining Reservation.

I hope this helps and that you have a magical day!!
