We will be staying at the All Star Movies Resort. On the day we check out our flight leaves at 6:30. Is it possible to keep our room until after our 18 month old has a nap, even though checkout is at 11?

Hi, Trisha!   Checkout time at Disney Resorts is at 11:00 a.m.    Because resorts are often booked to capacity, usually you will be unable to check-out late as they need your room emptied out so it can be cleaned for the next arriving guests.

That said, I always say "it never hurts to ask!"   I would ask when checking-in if you can have the extra few hours at the end of your trip.  Hopefully, the manager will approve a later check-out so your little mouseketeer can catch a nap!   If you are told "no" I would check again a day or 2 before check-out just to see if something can be worked out.   Good luck!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
