Hi, we’re staying at All Star Movies in July and we’re hoping we could find out the number of plug sockets and USB sockets in the rooms please? Thanks :)

    Hello Lisa!

Welcome to planDisney! Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is a special resort for my family. It's where my husband and I stayed on our first wedding anniversary many years ago and became fans of Walt Disney World Resort. I tell people that it's where my obsession began but the road since then has been filled with great memories and new friends that I am grateful for.

I not only love the theming of Disney's All-Star Music Resort but also the fact that it has been refurbished in the last few years. I do miss some of the unique details that this Resort used to have in the rooms but I would rather have the clean and sleeker look that it has now. (Bye Bye carpet that always made me sneeze.)

I did some research and have located where every plug and USB outlet is in the room. This is not a guarantee as there could be differences in each room or something could alter or need repair. Regardless, here is the general plug and USB port count and location for the room. All the plugs are plug type B.

    • The side table next to Murphy Bed near the entrance has an outlet with 2 plug sockets and 2 USB ports.
    • The coffee machine countertop area in the room has 2 plug sockets.
    • The dresser under the TV has a set of outlets on each end that consists of 2 plug sockets and 2 USB ports. That's a total of 4 plugs and 4 USB ports just on the dresser!
    • Each side table next to the main bed has 2 plugs and 2 USB ports.
    • The Bathroom has 2 plug outlets next to the sink.

    Total plug count: 14
    Total USB port count: 10

That's a lot of power you have access to! My family just sets up all our charging on the dresser under the TV while the bedside ones keep my phones going. I have yet to have problems finding an outlet for all of the electronics we bring in these remodeled rooms and I hope they work out well for you as well!

This summer make sure to visit Disney Springs and experience Disney Dreams That Soar presented by AT&T. It is an unbelievably beautiful drone show above Lake Buena Vista that plays twice each night. I highly recommend checking out the later 10:45 pm show as it will be far less crowded. Consider having a late dinner and then finding a good spot along the water. Spots are first-come, first-served and parking is limited so take the complimentary bus transportation

I hope this helps and you have a wonderful stay!

    Happy Planning!

My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
