We are staying at all star movies in early December and have heard the bus gets very busy. This kind of worries us since we have two toddlers and an one year old with a double stroller. What happens if bus is full? Pop Warner will be there same week.

Hi Misty - the buses do tend to be busy during peak times at the parks.  The good thing is that Disney Transportation is very flexible and does add buses when they see that the crowds are high.  If a bus is full, there's likely to be another one on its way.

Keep in mind that peak times for the buses tend to be right as parks open and close, so if you can avoid those peak times, you'll be better off.

Have a great vacation!  I was there in December last year and the weather was perfect!
