    I am staying at All Star Movies Dec 28th-Jan 1st, when can I call All Stars and request that I would like to stay in the Toy Story section of the hotel. I have paid for preferred rooms. Thanks, love the moms panel.

    Hello Michael!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  It sounds like you are in for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World later this year.  I recommend that you call (407) WDW-STAY in order to make your room location requests.  You can do this any time after making your reservation.   The reservationist can add your building request to your reservation.  As of my last visit, the Toy Story rooms were considered "preferred." Be sure to verify this when you are making your request.  Have a great time and "reach for the sky!
