Hello, we are staying at All Star Movies. we already pay for everything online but do we have to provide a credit or debit card at check in? if so, How much do they put on hold?

    Hi Johanny!

You will still need to provide a credit or debit card to hold on file at check-in. This could either be the same card you used for your reservation, or you can provide them with a separate card. The purpose of keeping a credit card on file is primarily for incidentals (i.e. if any damage to furniture), or anything you wish to charge to the room (room service, on-demand movie ordering, etc.). There isn't a minimum amount that's held, and of course, if none of this qualifies during your stay you won't get charged a penny. :-)

There are some other advantages to having a card on file. Most of the stores at the parks and gift shops allow you to charge purchases directly to your room. The card on file during your stay is what gets charged. This helps if you may have left your wallet in the backpack your wife is carrying (which really did happen to me once-yikes!).

Hope this all clarifies. May you be treated like an All-Star while at Disney!
