We are staying at the All Star Movie Resort the middle of May. I am trying to complete online check in now, but after incomplete or verify the basic information it bringb back to the My Plans page. How do incomplete the check in, or is it too early?

    Hi, Stephanie!

I would be happy to help answer your question about online check-in for your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  Guests can complete the online check-in process as early as 60 days prior to arrival, so you should now be able to take care of this for your upcoming trip in May.

Online check-in can be completed by logging in to your My Disney Experience account either on your computer or using the My Disney Experience mobile app on your phone.  I recently completed online check-in for my own upcoming Walt Disney World Resort Hotel stay.  I did so using the Walt Disney World website on my computer.  I was asked to provide information such as my email address and mobile phone number.  I also linked a credit card to my account and set up my PIN number for my MagicBand.  After filling in all of the necessary information, I clicked on the button at the bottom of the screen to complete the online check-in process, and it took me back to the "My Plans" page.

It sounds like you may have successfully completed your online check-in, but if you're not sure you can certainly call the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations Line to speak with a Cast Member about this.

    See ya real soon!
