I am staying at the All Star Movie resort. Do they have elevators? I recently had hand surgery and carrying luggage up a flight of stairs will not be possible. If not, is there a number I can call to try to get a ground level room?

You'll love Disney's All-Star Movies Resort. The larger-than-life Characters and scenes throughout the resort transport you right into the middle of your favorite Disney films! You're sure to have a magical stay.

I'm pleased to tell you that all the buildings at Disney's All-Star Movies Resorts feature elevators. These elevators are located in the center of the building. Requesting a ground-level room is super easy, though! You can request a ground-level room in the online check-in process on My Disney Experience or by calling the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936.

Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app. It's magic at your fingertips! You can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to view current wait times for attractions, place mobile food and beverage orders, check out your Disney Photo Pass photos, and more! You can even use the app to start check-in for your Disney Resort hotel and request a room on the ground floor.
