Hi Kelsey,

Online check-in is not restricted solely to Disney Vacation Club members. Any guest with a 12 digit confirmation number associated with your resort reservation may check in online up to ten days in advance of your arrival. Just make sure that you get the 12 digit number for your reservation from RCI and you should be able to do online check-in.

However, since your party has four separate villas at the same resort, you may want to consider waiting to check in upon your arrival. Then you can double-check to see if your party has been assigned rooms close together (if that is your desire) before your room keys are printed.
