We are staying at SSR on the 14 day ultimate ticket and DDP for 8 days, with magic bands. DD and her DBF are then flying home but DH and me are moving to the All Star Music resort for 4 days - can we use our magic bands (and park passes) for that time?

    Hi Yvonne,

Yes, you will be able to use your Magic Bands for the duration of your stay. Once you check in to the All Star Music resort they will likely have a new box of gray Magic Bands waiting for you. You can opt not to use those and ask them to program your existing bands as room keys instead. On our recent vacation in November, we stayed at 3 different resorts. Upon check-in, we kept having them re-program our colored bands because the kids liked those better (and my Annual Pass is on one). We actually turned the gray bands right back in at the front desk for Disney to recycle them rather than wasting them. Since you have purchased 14 day passes, you are entitled to use them up. Be sure to hold on to your paper tickets as back up just in case of any problems.

I hope this helps and that you have a wonderful vacation,
