Staying at SS. 4yo and 13 month girls. What is best option to staying up to see fireworks? Can you see from Saratoga or should we be somewhere. Dont want to get too late for little ones...

Hi Robert!  For many children the fireworks are the big hit of a Disney vacation whether its at EPCOT for Illuminations or the Magic Kingdom for the nightly Wishes show.  Check the Disney calendars for the times of these shows by choosing a date and clicking on that specific date.  Illuminations is almost always at 9:00pm nightly except during the holidays when it is shown at 9:30pm.

I just returned from a trip with my four year old grandson and it was his wish to see as many fireworks as possible.  On those days that I knew we would have late nights I was sure to plan a nap for the afternoon.  I also made sure nothing was planned too early for the next morning so we could all sleep a little later.

You can see fireworks in the sky from some spots at Saratoga Springs but you will not really see the shows.  Part of the great experience for them is the music and narration that goes along with the fireworks so you would miss a great deal of the magic!
