We are staying at SS in May and have ADR at Boma & Chef Mickey. Is it easier/faster to bus to a park and transfer to the resorts, or walk to DTD and bus from there to the resorts? Thanks so much!

Oh, the complexities of the WDW Transportation system!

For your breakfast at Chef Mickey's, I recommend taking the bus from Saratoga Springs to the Magic Kingdom. I would then walk to the Contemporary Resort as the entrance to the monorail station is in the opposite direction. Once you arrive the Contemporary Hotel, make your way to the fourth floor where Chef Mickey's is located.

For Boma, take the bus to the Animal Kingdom park and then transfer to a bus to the Animal Kingdom Lodge.

Unless it is park closing time, try to avoid transferring through Downtown Disney. I made the mistake of hopping on a bus to transfer at Downtown Disney recently and it took a lot longer due to the many stops that the buses make there. In addition, Buena Vista Drive, the road that passes in front of Downtown Disney is very congested.

We recently had wonderful meals at Chef Mickey's and Boma. Enjoy!
