We are staying soon (22 days!) at the All Star Movie resort. If we find the food court menu at another value resort more appealing, can we eat there instead? Thank you!

Hello and welcome to planDisney, Denise! Thanks for stopping by with your question. Your vacation to the Most Magical Place on Earth is only a few short weeks away. I bet you are getting so excited!

Disney's All-Star Movies Resort holds a special place in my heart. It was one of the first resorts I stayed at when I was a little girl. It's so much fun. You can find a variety of yummy food offerings at the World Premiere Food Court like Mickey waffles for breakfast, Walt Disney's Favorite Chili in a Bread Boule for lunch and chicken parmesan for dinner. I've dined at the World Premiere Food Court several times and am never dissapointed. In addition to all of these offerings, you are more than welcome to take advantage of the dining locations at other Walt Disney World Resort Hotels. You are able to enjoy their quick service offerings and even make an advanced dining reservation at any of the sit-down restaurants found at the resorts.

Here are some of my favorite food court dining locations at the Walt Disney World Resort Hotels:
    • Capt. Cook's at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort - Tonga Toast for breakfast and Pulled Pork Nachos for lunch and dinner
    • Centertown Market at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort - Avocado Toast for breakfast and Fish Tacos for lunch or dinner
    • Primo Piatto at Disney's Riviera Resort - Croque Monsieur with fries for lunch or dinner
    • Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa - Chicken and Brie Sandwich for lunch and dinner
There are so many other options to choose from but those are some of my favorites if you are looking for a few ideas. To get to other Walt Disney World Resort Hotels (if you don't have your own transportation) from Disney's All-Star Movies Resort, you will need to take a bus, boat, monorail or the Disney's Skyliner over to a Walt Disney World Theme Park first and then hop another mode of transportation to the resort that you'd like to dine at. Currently, resort to resort transportation is not provided.

I hope you have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World. If you have any other questions before your trip, please feel free to stop back by and ask me. I'm here to help. Have fun and enjoy!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
