Will be staying at SOG in October. Already have ticket information and magic bands linked to My Disney Experience. When we enter a park on the first day of our visit, do we need to go through the ticket office or just swipe our magic bands?

    Hi, Sandra!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms! First, I want to take the opportunity to thank the military personnel in your life for their service! Having been a child of the US Navy myself, I am very grateful for the scarifies of our military families.

Shades of Green is a fantastic location within Walt Disney World® Resort, you're really in the heart of the magic! Don't forget this resort also offers transportation everywhere you'll need to go on-property.

As long as your newly purchased tickets are linked to your My Disney Experience Account, and the current MagicBands you have are still listed as "Active," you will be able to go directly through the Mickey Touchpoint at the entrances of the theme parks.

You can check to see if your tickets are linked under the My Reservations and Tickets tab from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu. Please let me know if you need assistance linking your tickets, if they're not already.

To confirm your MagicBands are active, go to the MagicBands and Cards tab. A listing of all your MagicBands will appear along with their active or inactive status.

I hope this is helpful, Sandra! Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any additional questions you may have.

    Saluting you!
