    Bright suns, Leanne!

Welcome back to planDisney and thank you for bringing us your question about your upcoming adventure! It sounds like you have quite an exciting trip planned for August 2023 - an intergalactic voyage aboard the Halcyon starcruiser bookended by land-based stays at Disney Resort hotels. I bet you're counting down the days until your venturesome vacation!

Leanne, it sounds like you've purchased a 6-day theme park ticket for your upcoming land-and-space adventure. I'm happy to inform you that a 6-day ticket has a valid use date window of 9 days. That means that if you plan on August 21, 2023 being your first day in the theme parks, your tickets will be valid on dates through August 29, 2023, and they can be used on non-consecutive days. After a ticket's valid use dates have passed, any remaining unused entitlements are lost, so be sure to use up those tickets, Leanne! Remember, to enter a Walt Disney World Resort theme park, valid admission and theme park reservations are required for the dates you intend to visit.

Did you know that Guests of Disney Resort hotels can access the theme parks before they open for the day through early theme park entry? With this benefit, Guests of Disney Resort hotels and other select hotels can enter the theme parks 30 minutes before they open to the public. Complimentary Walt Disney World Resort transportation is available each day to get Guests to the theme parks ahead of the early theme park entry window. I love taking advantage of this benefit to get a jump-start on my day in the theme parks. It's a great opportunity to hop on some of the most popular attractions while wait times are lower!

I hope this information helps you feel more at ease about using your theme park tickets during your upcoming extraterrestrial escapade, Leanne! I wish you all the best as you continue to prepare for launch. If you have any additional planning questions, please feel free to stop back by planDisney again anytime. Here to help, we are!

May the force be with you,

    Lauren
