Staying on site in Oct. (me, dh, 3 y.o.son). Have free dining. What is easier with a 3 y.o. Doing the sit down meal as a lunch in the parks and then eating counter service/pizza at the resort in the evening or ending our day with a sit down meal? Thanks

Hi Tracy - I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old, so I've definitely experienced dining in the parks with a 3 year old.  Personally, we generally do a combination of all three - table service breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.

The biggest thing with young children is making sure that you take a mid-day break.  Even if your child doesn't want to nap, it's good to go back to the hotel and rest.  In some cases, we'd spend some time at the resort pool - in those cases, we'd generally get counter service food at the resort and eat a quick, casual meal.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
