Hi Staying on site, we have no choice but to tent a wheelchair accessible car due to mobility and intellectual disabilities that limit our waiting. Will we have to pay overnight parking at the resort and then pay daily parking at the parks every day??

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Victoria! I’m excited to know that you and your family are planning to visit the Walt Disney World Resort this Spring. Thank you for sending us your question!

Please don’t worry about parking fees for your disability accessible van. Parking at your Disney Resort hotel and at any of the four theme parks is complimentary for guests with a valid disability parking permit. You can also check with a Cast Member when you check in to your Disney Resort hotel, to inquire about complimentary valet parking for your vehicle.

If you have any questions or concerns about any other disability issue before your visit, you can reach a Cast Member at Disability Services via e-mail at disability.services@disneyparks.com.

I encourage you to take a look at the different access options and services offered for guests with mobility and disability issues before your visit. You will find that there are lots of things in place to make sure everyone in your party has a truly magical experience!

Victoria, thanks again for taking the time to send us your question. Please feel free to visit us again if you have any additional planning questions. Helping you with all the details of your upcoming stay is our pleasure!
