Hi. We are staying on site but check in isn't until 12pm. Do you know how early can we collect our magic bands for park entry and food on the day we arrive? Also would they allow us to leave luggage. Many thanks. First timers to Disney

    Hi there, Sangita!

I'm so glad you stopped by to visit us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You must be getting terribly excited about your first trip to Walt Disney World Resort

Even though check-in time at Walt Disney World Resort hotels is not until 3:00 p.m., guests are welcome to stop by their hotel much earlier in the day to get the magic started. I know plenty of guests who swing by their hotel in the wee hours of the morning on their check-in day before they head to one of the Disney theme parks for Extra Magic Hours. Even though their guest room will likely not be ready that early, they can still pick up their MagicBands (if they have not already received them by mail) and get their vacation started. Once you stop by the Front Desk and have your MagicBands, you will have full access to your Disney Dining Plan entitlements and your theme park admission tickets. You can also avail yourself of all the amenities at the hotel you'll be calling home during your trip.

Feel free to leave your luggage with the Bell Services team at your hotel. They'll be happy to look after your belongings until you return later in the day. They'll even bring your bags to your guest room if you call them and request that they do so.

Have an amazing first trip to Walt Disney World Resort! May it be the first of many amazing adventures.

    Wishing you countless magical memories,
